ContactI am a Full-Time Commercial Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, working with KW Commercial- Points East Realty. I acquired my Real Estate License in NC back in 1985. Since then, I have completed my BSBA with a Concentration in Finance in 1990, followed by an MBA in 1999.
I have been self-employed since 1987, and at the young age of 20, while still in college, I founded Handy Helpers Inc., a remodeling and repair company. Later in 1996, I started Highland Residential & Commercial Roofing. I have also been a licensed NC plumber since 1997, and I hold a General Contractor license in NC.
In 2015, I purchased Greenville Seamless Gutters and currently manage all of these companies. Over the past 38 years, I have received professional and continuing education in roofing, remodeling/renovations, building enclosures, waterproofing, property restoration/mitigation, and real estate.
I am also a state licensed insurance agent in Life, Accident, and Health.
